The Results Are In! Find Out What My Readers Want To Know Most

In my last post I gave you some tips on how to find out what your readers actually want to read. I also asked you to fill in a quick poll on my site, so that I knew what you wanted me to write about.

I thought I’d write this short post to talk about the results, and also let you know what’s coming up in the future.

The results of that poll are in, and they show a clear winner.

“Making Money From Blogging” seems to be the number one topic you voted for me to write about. It was closely followed by “WordPress Tips” and “Writing“.

So, from now on, I’m going to try to write more about how to make money from your blog.

Don’t worry. I’m still going write about a range of topics that will help with your blog and growing traffic AND making money.

But what this means now is that I really know what you want to read about and so I can start creating posts specifically to help you more.

So, my next post is going outline a few things;

• Different ways to make money from your blog
• Which ways I find the most effective
• A reality check for newer bloggers

I’m going to start work on it right now, so I’m going to cut this post short.

I’ll leave the survey up (it’s in my sidebar, or just scroll down if you’re on mobile) because I think it’ll be interesting to see if this changes over time.

I still suggest that you poll your readers too, otherwise how do you know if they’re even interested in what you’re writing about? Don’t you want to give them the content they crave?
